Have you accidentally chosen the wrong size or color or simply want to cancel your purchase? Simply return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund.
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. The package can be returned with a shipping service of your choice. We recommend sending it as an insured parcel with a tracking number. Please send the parcel exclusively to the following address:

Returns policy for Switzerland
As soon as your order has been shipped to Switzerland, you will receive an email from our partner MyOrderGate. In the email you will find a link where you can register your return. Registering your return is mandatory, otherwise we will not be able to re-import your parcel back to Germany. You will find detailed instructions in your parcel. We have already provided you with a returns label in your parcel. The following costs are incurred for the return label, which will be deducted as part of the refund:
Parcels up to 2kg - CHF 20.00
Parcels over 2kg - CHF 30.00
